This project right here taught me an important lesson. Even "high-end" laptops have their limitations. I have rarely come across a situation/project that my laptop couldn't handle. But as the virtual Library project grew bigger and became populated with more & more models/objects, the game play started to lag and it became unbearable. I read every online resource & watched almost every YouTube video on "How to speed-up/improve game play within Unity"... reducing polygons and what not. I was having no luck. Long story short, I transferred the project from my laptop to a Desktop Mac at Duke and it was like "Night & Day".
